Hi! I'm Charlie, the founder and owner of Scruffy and Fluffy Dog Services.
I have loved animals ever since I can remember - growing up with our family Spaniel, I always treasured the time we spent with her exploring the Sussex countryside. After finishing school I went on to study Animal Care at Chichester College before deciding to specialise in Dog Care. I achieved my Level 3 City & Guilds in Dog Grooming and completed courses in Dog First Aid and Dog Behaviour.
I set the company up in 2016 - with 2 young children and 2 dogs I wanted the chance to enjoy quality time with my family and be able to follow my passion to work with dogs. And so Scruffy and Fluffy was born! Working from a custom built cabin nestled in Sussex means I can offer high quality grooming services at a fair price for my clients.
My favourite way to spend the weekend is with my children and the dogs - Duncan a Miniature Schnauzer and Izzy a Cocker. Whatever the weather, we love pulling on our wellies and exploring nature. Wild walks in the woods, jumping in puddles, strolling along the beach, rambling around Cissbury Ring - as long as we are together and the dogs have a ball to catch we are happy!
