Scruffy and Fluffy Dog Services was founded by animal lover and expert groomer Charlie Upperton. Having been brought up with dogs, Charlie decided to pursue a career within the dog industry. Her passion really shines though with everything she does, from creating beautiful dog grooms to playing games when out walking and even creating bespoke dog accessories. When she isn't working, she can often be found making memories and finding new adventures with her miniature schnauzer Duncan.
